Family coaching is different for every family. The Caldwell Family Institute usually requires an initial consultation to learn more about the family’s unique needs, and to set realistic goals for improvement. Sometimes a family’s problem can be solved in one simple meeting. Other times, coaching might entail a more complex program of family meetings, individual meetings, and parent meetings. We tailor our recommendations according to the first consultation, and pride ourselves on customizing the right plan to fit each unique family that comes through our door.

*Outlier families are defined as families who don’t fit the traditional mold, due to fame, wealth, size, religion, or other special circumstances.

Initial consultation (45 minutes)…………………FREE
First meeting (2 hours)…………………$500

The Caldwell Family Institute will accommodate requests for coaching sessions lasting less than one hour. Sessions that are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes will be prorated according to the hourly fee. CFI will not accommodate requests for meetings less than 15 minutes.

At times, family problems are too complicated to be explained and understood in the initial free consultation. In these circumstances, CFI will accommodate a longer initial consultation, and charge accordingly.
